I got fed up with the Send Error Report thingy coming up when I'm not even on the internet at home that I turned off the Remote Assistance things in Computer Management - but I don't think they were what I thought they were !

The PC now hangs between 5 and 10 minutes booting up, and when it does come up there's no taskbar, and all my administrator priveleges are locked out !
